The mountains help you feel better about yourself. It is a kind of scientifically proven therapy, because hiking makes you lose weight and improves body tonicity and firmness. It gives you also a sense of peace. It is a remedy for body and spirit.

I will teach you to walk at the proper rhythm, reaching your destination by minimising stress and enjoying the landscape and the surrounding environment.

Multiple day trips

Live the nature from all viewpoints. I will guide you through multiple day trips with several length and altitude difference, along routes that will suit everyone. We will sleep in high mountain huts and experience the dawn from places that you will hardly forget.
